Head of the Federal Customs Service. Born July 14, 1957, Moscow. Graduated from Moscow Plekhanov Academy of National Economy. Has experience in financial and banking sector, External Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation. Dealt with military technical cooperation between Russia and foreign countries as Deputy Economy General Director of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Promexport (1999-2000) and General Director of Federal State Unitary Rosoboronexport (2000-2004), 2004-2006 Director of the Federal Defense Order Service. Since May 12, 2006 – Head of the FCS of Russia. Doctor of Economics, honoured economist of Russia. Married, 3 children.
