About signing of the Russian-Vietnamese intergovernmental Agreement about cooperation and the mutual administrative help in customs affairs

Within the limits of official visit of the President of the Russian Federation D.A.Medvedev to Socialist Republic Vietnam the head of FCS of Russia A.J.Belyaninov signed the intergovernmental Agreement about Cooperation and the mutual administrative help in customs affairs.

On October, 31st, 2010 the head of FCS of Russia A.J.Belyaninov and the Vice-Minister of Finance of Vietnam Du Huang Ang Tuan signed the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Socialist Republic Vietnam about cooperation and the mutual administrative help in customs affairs.

The given agreement allowed to create a long-term platform of cooperation between two countries.

Within the limits of the signed document customs services of Russia and Vietnam should render mutual aid with a view of maintenance of moving of the goods and passengers between two states, information interchange which can help with maintenance of appropriate application of the customs legislation, prevention, investigation and suppression of customs infringements.

Besides, the given agreement provides realization of information interchange concerning the goods moved from territories of Russia and Vietnam and also mentions a wide spectrum of interaction in sphere law-enforcement and formations.
