|Russian-Chinese training workshop devoted to the customs clearance and control rules|
On August 4, 2014 in Ningbo (China) the 5th Russian-Chinese training workshop about customs clearance and control rules took place.
Co-organizers of the workshop were the Federal Customs Service, the General Administration of Customs of China and Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs in Russia.
The event was of the utmost interest for the representatives of Chinese commercial organizations carrying out foreign trade activity. Over 200 representatives of Chinese business took part in the workshop.
In terms of stable turnover growth between Russia and China the workshop served the platform for discussion of such acute issues related to customs administration as the customs operations procedure and customs control by the customs services of the two countries, protection of intellectual property rights as well as simplification of customs clearance procedures, promotion of technologies of required advance notification and customs e-filing.
During the workshop the representatives of FCS of Russia and the General Administration of Customs of China not only acquainted the participants of foreign economic activity with the latest developments of the customs legislation and acute problems of customs regulation but also handed over to the representatives of Chinese business a booklet prepared by FCS of Russia about the customs operations procedure upon movement of goods across the Customs border of the Customs Union in Russian and Chinese languages.
The next Russian and Chinese training workshop is planned for 2015 in the Russian Federation.
